Day 71: It’s time to start exercising!

Well, we weighed in again this week, and it seems like our progress has plateaued.  While we’re excited that we’ve been loosing weight without exercising the results just are not the same as they were before. So it’s time to start exercising. We are going to start with  just push-ups, sit-ups, and a little indoor running with EA Active.
