Day 32 – Skipping Dinner, Drinking, and Snacking

Well, not sure if yesterday was “healthy”, but we did both take in a negative number of calories – so that’s probably good. After realizing that we wanted to drink, we decided to skip dinner and just eat snacks. We did this, because we want to eat the snacks when we’re drinking anyway. We figured that  skipping dinner would help us do that and not take in too many calories. It worked, but probably not the best way to diet everyday. Unless, of course, you’re Paris Hilton.

Brian got about 15,000 steps yesterday just cleaning the apartment, so it’s worth noting that cleaning is excellent exercise!
